Fans were looking forward to the comedian’s live stand-up show, which aired March 4, because he had stated that he will address the controversial Oscars slap.
Rock had been testing out material ahead of the big night, including one joke where he stated he only watched Smith’s film Emancipation so he ‘could watch him getting whipped’.
When he went on a separate diatribe in the program, titled Selective Outrage, it was equally as caustic, having declared ‘everyone’ called the Fresh Prince actor a ‘bitch’.

As the audience erupts in laughter, Rock says:”Y’all know what happened to me, getting smacked by ‘Suge Smith’.”
The name appears to be a reference to Suge Knight, the founding member of Death Row Records who was given a 28-year prison term for manslaughter in 2018.
“I got smacked at the fucking Oscars by this motherfucker,” he continues.
Rock went on to claim that while the slap ‘hurt’, he didn’t cry over it since he’s ‘not a victim’.
The Breakfast Club, The View, The Talk, every rapper, and The Drink Champions are just a few of the people that labeled Smith a “bitch,” according to Rock, who also named all of the other people who did so.
I warned you it was hot.
The comedian also poked fun of Smith’s most recent film, Emancipation, in which the actor played a slave who escapes slavery and joins Abraham Lincoln’s army to fight in the American Civil War.
“You will never see it, never gonna happen… I took that hit like [Manny] Pacquiao.”

He says that he ‘rooted for Will Smith’ his whole life, adding, “And now, I watch Emancipation just to see him get whooped.”
After his set is over, he justifies not hitting Smith back by saying: “You know what my folks taught me? I have parents. Never engage in combat in front of white people.”
The audience erupts in laughter and applause as soon as he drops the mic after saying these remarks.
